Established in 2008, Raimondo Winery specializes in Italian and Iberian wines, ultra premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Flights of Wine, Oils, and Balsamic Vinegar - We offer three levels of tasting experiences. "Perfect Pairing" ($7.00 per person) includes a flight of 3 white wines, 3 red wines, and a sparkling wine perfectly paired with ultra premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Our wine and food educators will share recipes as well as wine notes. This tasting is scheduled at 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday - Sunday.
“Sicilian Appetizer Plate” ($25.00 per person) is a five-course appetizer plate paired with Raimondo wines. This meal includes artisan cheeses, meats, roasted vegetables, homemade hummus, and other Sicilian treats. Our wine and food educators will share recipes as well as wine notes.
"Sicilian Dinner" ($45.00 per person) is a three-course appetizer plate plus a freshly made pasta dish, salad and dessert paired with Raimondo wines. The winemaker, Margie Roelands, will serve wines and share recipes.

Flights and An Overnight Stay - “The Ozark Wine Getaway” ($75.00 per person, based on double occupancy) includes an overnight stay at Blue Lady Resort in a one bedroom cabin plus the Sicilian Appetizer Plate and a bottle of Raimondo Almond Sparkling Wine.
Cooking Classes - Join us for a hands-on clooking class at 5:30 p.m. every third Thursday of the month held at Shay's Ultimate Home in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Each cooking class highlights local ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars, seasonal-fresh produce, locally-ranched meats, artisan cheeses and breads, and more.
We begin with a glass of wine and an appetizer as we get aquainted with the recipes and cooking environment. The staff from Raimondo Winery lead participants as they create three courses with a variety of fun and practical cooking techniques. At the end of the class, participants sit, relax and savor the food they created and enjoy wine that is perfectly paired with each course. $30.00 per person. Must be prepaid to complete registration.
