This wine has good body and a lingering peppery finish.
On the nose: It has bright acidity, with spicy flavors of apple, pear and mango.
On the palate: This delightful wine a vibrant, floral bouquet of white peach, pineapple, and orange blossom.
With food: Enjoy without food or with trout, curry, steamed clams, any seafood, chinese food, chicken or pork.
2007 Chablis
An easy-to-drink wine with or without food.
On the nose: The floral nose expresses hints of white flowers.
On the palate: This wine is rich with peaches and apricots accompanied by a generous, well-balanced, lingering fruity finish.
With food: A wonderful patio wine and grilled fish and chicken, shellfish, chicken and most cheeses.
2009 Chardonnay
This crisp white wine is perfect for summer drinking with food or on the patio.
On the nose: Chardonnay with an inviting floral bouquet of honeysuckle and vanilla.
On the palate: Concentrated with spicy flavors of honeysuckle, peach and lemon with a well balance acidic finish.
With food: Enjoy with roasted chicken, trout, shellfish, rosemary pork loin, or tuna.
2009 Verdelho
A grape traditionally grown in Portugal with a fresh citrus and tropical bouquet.
On the nose: Light on the nose with fresh citrus and tropical fruit bouquet.
On the palate: This refreshing, fruity wine has medium body and a crisp, clean
citrus, pineapple, and melon flavor.
With food: Serve with any seafood – shrimp, scallops, fresh clams and oysters.
Also great with salads, and anything spicy like Aisan food.
2006 Merlot
This Merlot is well-balanced, with medium-full body and nice mouth feel, it was
aged in French and American oak.
On the nose: An inviting soft fruit flavors of plum and blackberry.
On the palate: Good structure with a tasty blackberry ?avor with a smoky ?nish.
With food: Enjoy with lamb, beef, cheese, grilled lamb chops, grilled pork
tenderloin and sautéed duck breast.
2007 Petite Sirah
A jammy, fruit-forward wine with complex layers. Brilliant dark-inky purple.
On the nose: Pronounced aromas of black pepper, spice and raspberries
waft from the glass. Hints of chocolate and plums round out the expansive nose.
On the palate: Rich in texture, this wine exhibits young, bright, ripe black
cherry and plum fruit aromas with honeysuckle, prune, and traces of oak on the
mid-palate, with black pepper spice that lingers for a smoky full bodied finish.
With food: Pairs with heavy and intense foods like Game, cheese, Mexican food,
Italian food, roast beef and grilled steaks.
2007 Tempranillo
Our deep ruby to brick red Tempranillo is a fruit-forward, medium bodied wine
with notes of earth, berry concentrate, fresh herbs, cloves, and cinnamon.
On the nose: Subtle aromas of vanilla, pomegrante and some earthiness.
On the palate: It starts off with aromas of holiday spices like vanilla, cinnamon
and clove, and finishes with flavors of raspberries, blueberries, and pomegranate.
2007 Barbera
This bold wine is the most food-friendly. Low tannins in the wine will not
overpower food. The crisp acidity makes it a natural and flexible wine with
most foods.
On the nose: Has beautiful aromas of black cherry, cocoa and mulberry.
On the palate: The flavors of ripe cherries, cocoa and plum balance the wine with supple tannins that linger on to the finish.
2008 Chianti
Rustic soft tannins, succulent acidity and moderately intense cherry
and herb flavors make it easy to drink and pair with food.
On the nose: Thick, intense, rustic nose of earth and sour cherries.
On the palate: Dry, concentrated cherries, coupled with an equal amount of black currant, tobacco, soft tannin, & finish with light toast and a spicy finish.
2008 Old Vine Zinfandel
An intensely jammy, spicy wine with raspberry-boysenberry concentration
from the nose through the finish. It’s “Old Vine Zin” at its finest.
On the nose: This bold wine has potent aromas of juicy boysenberry and
accents of cocoa, pepper, and toast.
On the palate: Primary flavors of boysenberry jam, and juicy, ripe raspberries
dominate, complemented by spicy notes of pepper, cinnamon and allspice.
The tannin is in the background, lending a bit of structural support but not
intruding in any way.
With food: Anything grilled or barbequed. Italian cuisine, ezpecially sausage.
