This Moscato Giallo Secco (Golden Muscat) makes a gorgeously aromatic dry wine. Harvested to craft an expressive, highly perfumed wine without excessive alcohol. 2010 Verdelho 2010 Vermentino On the nose: Hints of lavender, thyme and lime blossom fragrances, with undertones of cantaloupe and nuances of wild honey and cream. On the palate: On the palate, it is lighter and silkier than a Pinot Grigio, the crisp qualities popping through the fleshy fruit, stony and woody herb sensations. 2010 Albariño
On the palate: It is soft and smooth with crisp flavors of pineapple and a kiwi tropical finish. This Albariño is light and fresh with excellent balance of fruit and acidity.
2010 Unoaked Chardonnay
A Burgundy-style Chardonnay, we barrel-fermented this wine with sur lie stirring in neutral French barrels for just the right touch of added complexity.
On the nose: An inviting floral bouquet of wild fruit and apple.
On the palate: Very lively fresh tangerine and pineapple dance all the way to the finish where you may sense savory sourdough.
With food: Enjoy with seafood, salads, Asian food and cheese plates.
Finish is long, warm and slightly citrusy.
On the palate: The mid-palate bursts with pineapple, juicy pear, and crisp Meyer lemon that lingers with finishing notes of vanilla.
With food: Serve lightly chilled with broiled seafood, lobster, roasted poultry, and pastas with cream sauce.
2010 Moscato Secco
On the nose: The nose is very expressive with peach and apricot, and a strong sense of tropical sweetness - both kiwi and papaya rather apparent.
On the palate: the palette is medium bodied, with cantaloupe melon and papaya flavors and a touch of spice.
With food: Serve with fruits, creamy cheese, salads, and grilled vegetables.

On the nose: Light on the nose with fresh citrus and tropical fruit bouquet.
On the palate: This refreshing, fruity wine has medium body and a crisp, clean

2010 Viognier
On the nose: Bright, tantalizing aromas of floral lemon, grapefruit and orange.
On the palate: Choked full of concentrated cream of lemon, peach and walnut with a light brushing of lemongrass and spicy white pepper on the finish.
2008 Sangiovese Rose
A fun wine that while not overly complex exudes flavors that are pronounced, forward and refreshing.
On the nose: The wine shows berry and spicy flavors that finish with a clean crisp impression.
On the palate: Bright aromas of strawberry, pomegranate and cinnamon explode from the glass.
With food: Great for a summer picnic with friends, this wine will also accompany all lighter pasta, chicken or fish dishes. Enjoy with spicier food for a real treat

Red Wines
2007 Passione Red
A perfectly balanced blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel, extraordinarily rich and deep in flavors and complexity.
On the nose: Bright flavors of cherry, blackberry, and Dijon mustard.
On the palate: A rich, round and full-bodied flavor of cherries, cranberries, and bittersweet chocolate, perfectly seasoned with oak with a finish of figs.
With food: Hearty foods like grilled beef, short ribs, and lamb.
2006 Merlot
This Merlot is well-balanced, with medium-full body and nice mouth feel, it was aged in French and American oak.
On the nose: An inviting soft fruit flavors of plum and blackberry.
On the palate: Good structure with a tasty blackberry flavor with a smoky finish.
With food: Enjoy with lamb, beef, cheese, grilled lamb chops, grilled pork tenderloin and sautéed duck breast.
2008 Petite Sirah
A jammy, fruit-forward wine with complex layers. Brilliant dark-inky purple.
On the nose: Pronounced aromas of black pepper, spice and raspberries waft from the glass. Hints of chocolate and plums round out the expansive nose.
On the palate: Rich in texture, this wine exhibits young, bright, ripe black cherry and plum fruit aromas with honeysuckle, prune, and traces of oak on the mid-palate, with black pepper spice that lingers for a smoky full bodied finish.
With food: Pairs with heavy and intense foods like Game, cheese, Mexican food, Italian food, roast beef and grilled steaks.
2007 Tempranillo
Our deep ruby to brick red Tempranillo is a fruit-forward, medium bodied wine with notes of earth, berry concentrate, fresh herbs, cloves, and cinnamon.
On the nose: Subtle aromas of vanilla, pomegranate and some earthiness.
On the palate: It starts off with aromas of holiday spices like vanilla, cinnamon and clove, and finishes with flavors of raspberries, blueberries, and pomegranate.
2006 Barbera
This bold wine is the most food-friendly. Low tannins in the wine will not overpower food. The crisp acidity makes it a natural and flexible wine with most foods.
On the nose: Has beautiful aromas of black cherry, cocoa and mulberry.
On the palate: The flavors of ripe cherries, cocoa and plum balance the wine with supple tannins that linger on to the finish.
2008 Tannat
This unique wine is intensely dark, almost black at the center of the glass with a powerful bouquet.
On the nose: Aromas include blackberry, mulberry, allspice, and spearmint.
On the palate: Tart fruit flavors of cranberry and sour cherry coated with chocolate. It shows more depth with earth and floral flavors that include jasmine, black olives, tea leaves and cedar. The tannins are very firm at the front of the palate but quickly integrate as the wine finishes smooth.
With food: Perfect for fall and winter comfort foods such as stews, soups and roasts.
2008 Old Vine Zinfandel
An intensely jammy, spicy wine with raspberry-boysenberry concentration from the nose through the finish. It’s “Old Vine Zin” at its finest.
On the nose: This bold wine has potent aromas of juicy boysenberry and accents of cocoa, pepper, and toast.
On the palate: Primary flavors of boysenberry jam, and juicy, ripe raspberries dominate, complemented by spicy notes of pepper, cinnamon and allspice. The tannin is in the background, lending a bit of structural support but not intruding in any way.
With food: Anything grilled or barbequed. Italian cuisine, especially sausage.
2008 Syrah
These Syrah grapes are never pressed, but rather naturally free-run drained overnight.
Aged in 50% French barrels for 18 months for just the right touch of oak and complexity.
On the nose: Exploding with boysenberries and plums and a hint of molasses.
On the palate: This vintage moves from luscious boysenberry and plum fruit to toasted oak and leather with a subtle finish of fig and orange zest.
With food: Wonderful with duck, wild game, beef and hearty foods.
